Just perfect. Everything is homemade.: quality products, taste with careful service. And cherry on the cake... the dessert: their Pavlova.... throw yourself....it's just sublime! View all feedback.

Everything seems frozen and the ingredients are bad qualities or poorly prepared (no tastes, not terrible textures... . Overall nothing we can't do better at home... The leader should consider a career in a school restaurant. In addition, apart from desserts, portions fry ridicule. Nothing in this restaurant except the setting. View all feedback.
This was the best French food we've had since the beginning of 2017 here in France. We had plat du jour for lunch and it was all delicious. We were there when the market was there too. We are fans of the movie the Good Year, and the pond next to the restaurant (l'etang ) is one of the locations.
We've eaten here several times on various visits to Cucuron and it never disappoints. Limited menu but well prepared food using local ingredients, although veg lacks variety and could be a bit warmer. Service is quick, perhaps a little too quick, and the staff make little attempt to help those who don't speak French. Booking essential at busy periods, especially if you want a table next to l'etang. Special mention for the chocolate and caramel tart.
Lunch by l'Étang in picturesque Cucuron on a warm, sunny day, under the wonderful plane trees, takes some beating. The food was excellent, the service was efficient, and the price was reasonable.My wife and I last visited two years ago, since when there's been a noticeable improvement.
Very pleasant place and tempting menu! Daily menu plentiful and above all delicious from start to finish (superb vegetable quiche). A great step. Small downsides on the somewhat long service and the friendliness in alternating current mode (probably not on the right day).
Even if it's still nice, it's no longer the good Italian dishes of before. And €24 for starter, simple lasagna, dessert, it's a bit daring. But the welcome remains friendly.
