Ryo's Ramen in Sydney has garnered widespread popularity, but some customers feel that the quality and service have declined in recent years. Despite this, the restaurant still stands out for its delicious menu offerings, particularly the soy tonkotsu and special broth options. The noodles are consistently well-made and the flavors are on point. While there may be long lines to contend with, the overall experience is worth it for those seeking an authentic and satisfying ramen experience in Sydney. With a cozy atmosphere and a menu that never disappoints, Ryo's Ramen remains a top choice for ramen enthusiasts in the area.

Was Ned Utzig at Ryo's a mag?
Ryo's hype and fame definitely precedes its taste. Still one of the better bowls in Sydney, but it's rating is far above some of its superior competitors. Favourite here is the soy tonkotsu, which is quite balanced but lacks complexity. Owner apparently hails from Fukuoka but this is a far far cry from proper Hakata tonkotsu ramen which is much deeper in flavour and uses thin noodles. br/ br/ Worth a visit if you'r... I have ordered Spozig pork Ramen and the food was ok.

I have no idea why this place is so popular ... it took a little longer than half an hour to get seats View all feedback.
It is always a good place to go. Ramen There is very delicious. Grief I would recommend Tonkutsu ranmen and there 魚介 ramen. However, I would not recommend Karage there.

In my opinion the best ramen in Sydney. You can say it was a lot of people who are also based on the long lines. Grief Grief I would recommend opening when opening to ensure minimum waiting times. The staff is very efficient and friendly
I had been meaning to eat at this restaurant for months, and I'm so glad I finally did. We waited around 10 minutes to get in. Once inside, the service is pretty efficient. The tonkotsu ramen and cold noodles both tasted great.
Ryo's was amazing!!!<br <br We ordered:<br the spicy tonkotsu was 7.5 10<br noodles, eggs and pork suited the broth well but the dish didnt really suit my partners preferences : <br <br soy sauce tonkotsu was 8.5 10 <br slightly on the saltier side but was very well flavoured (i think you can ask to have the ramen soup less saltier), the pork, bokchoy and egg were an amazing addition! all worked very well together as a whole~<br <br
