only local people. no visitors who may be allowed to spend $ on their business hours. they decide to close early, forget business hours. but who can blame the lack of employees, I guess. they just didn't have to be as rude as they closed. 1) they may not have an active owner because he/she enjoys the sba who takes care of current new customers. we are happy with the same amount! and I just wanted to know how I am new...
