Placed my order for pickup, the app said it was ready for pick up. When I got there it was not only not ready, but they told me sorry we took it out on delivery by accident. Employees clearly don 't know how to do their job. Very disappointing considering I spend a lot of money to wait an hour in their store while they fix their mess up just for sub-par food.
