I have always ranked Arby's up there with Chick-fil-A when it comes to customer service and food quality. I stand by my comments. The only thing that I can say negatively is that not everyone's customer service skills are as good as others. The young man who took my order had not gotten my food after 15 minutes. When I asked him about it, he apologized but continued to question the man who walked up while I had been waiting. The kids had their pizza out of the oven while I was still waiting. He gave me fish that had been redipped in grease and fries that were cold. View all feedback.
