We had a memorable dinner in honor of my grandmother, Nana! It's a tradition for us, but this time I wanted to try something different. She always enjoyed going to Chinese buffets! Ordered the chicken/ vegetable dinner with noodles instead of rice. Instead I get home to find there are absolutely no vegetables in my dinner and only noodles, chicken and rice.
