Crawley KFC Order on delivery grandsons food did not turn up spoke to them told tough have to wait 15 days for my money back and would not replace and re deliver. Our food was disgusting nothing like the meal you will get on London they obviously need to train their very Young staff in Crawley as they all muck about and ignore the customers second time we have had very poor food from here the Colonel Sanders would not be happy
We have not eaten here for a while, and I can honestly say, this was a totally different experience from our last visit, the food was all freshly cooked and the biggest difference was the chips, cooked very nicely and lovely flavour.
I called in to this place in early October. I placed an order at the terminal but it told me there was a payment problem, go to counter. Impossible to catch the eye of staff who were either busy with take away orders or chatting amongst themselves. I left. Next day I saw that my credit card had been charged for the food I never received. I contacted the customer squad by email to explain what had happened to me. How many others have been robbed in this way? No apology just a few vacuous words and a promise to refund the money. Hey, no surprise, no payment received after 2 months. I don 't go by Crawley so cannot go into the branch and take my own action. All I can do is write reviews and warn people off. These people are cheats and thieves. You been warned. If the squad read this........ go find other jobs, you are hopeless at what you do.
I went to KFC on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 and ordered a Fillet meal and a Mighty meal for one. Both meals were very oily and cold. They were nothing like the original KFC. I will not be returning. You can decide for yourself.
We called in Saturday 16 th October , it was not very busy. Our order was for a large family feast , in all the time we have eaten kFC this has to be the worst ever the coating was half cooked and the meat on the inside was just cooked . We had 8small drumsticks four winglet pieces and two thigh sections no breast meat at all , the chips were stone cold and very soggy . I would never by from there again . Very very disappointing. Come on KFC train your staff better and do more random checks
