Was Anonym at Max's Place a mag?
Just getting my morning coffee at Max's Place. I noticed Graham had done a focaccia bread, so I bought it. Best focaccia I've had, it was awesome. Had it with pasta one nite View all feedback.

Ham and cheese sandwich today. Way too much bread, it was difficult to eat. $7.00 To much. Chic chip cookie had no flavor. Needs some vanilla or cinnamon. Sorry, won't eat there again. MO View all feedback.

Max's place is definitely my go-to restaurant in Cranbrook. The staff is incredibly friendly and always makes me feel like a valued customer. They know my usual order, which gives it a real community feel. The prices are very reasonable, especially given that everything is made from scratch. The soup is absolutely delicious and incomparable to any other cafe. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure great service and meet any special requests. Annette, in particular, is fantastic and really goes out of her way to make sure you have a great dining experience.
Exactly what I was craving/looking for: an affordable sandwich with fresh, crisp veggies and fluffy bread! Reminded me of Earthbound on Saskatoon
I miss Max's place in the morning now that we have moved to Kimberley. Stopped in on Friday to pick up a treat for another local business, the staff are always so welcoming and positive in the morning. Any of the food options from sandwiches to quiche, muffins to cookies are wicked good. Myra loves the espresso. Thanks for being awesome. On a side note the store looks amazing in the winter time with Christmas lights on the street and the windows all fogged up in the AM! My favorite from here is the ham and cheese quiche, best enjoyed in the morning, out on the patio, with the sun warming you.
Great bakery, delicious coffee, friendly service. We saw lots of locals stopping in to pick up something on their way to work.
