To start every experience I have had here has been great! I recently ordered online and arrived about 40 minutes before my scheduled pick up time, so my own fault there. That said they quickly prepared my order while I ran a few errands. When I arrived back about 15 minutes later everything was ready for pickup. Great place, fantastic pretzels! View all feedback.

I like the pretzels here but on more than one occasion I’ve come 30+ minutes before the advertised closing time and the doors are locked. Unacceptable in my opinion. I can see a couple minutes early but this time was almost 45 minutes before the advertised closing time. View all feedback.
