This was the worst experience i have EVER had at Raising Canes. I went one night this week and ordered a three finger combo. I was asked to pull around to pay. I was then asked if I wanted ketchup. I said “yes”. I paid, got my food, and left. I stay approximately 1.7 miles away from Canes, so of course so wasn’t concerned with my food not being fresh or hot. Hot food everytime! The Canes sauce is delicious and the tea is always sweet.
One of my new favorite chicken place to eat and love their bread too! Lol!
It takes a lot for me to leave a negative post. Customer service is TERRIBLE! Hateful and lazy....
