Emeril's Delmonico - Cozumel

What Stephen C likes about Emeril's Delmonico:
Amazing, everything that you expect from a top notch chef. This is an upper class restaurant, everyone was dressed in suits and ties....but they still let me in with my family. I was dresses in shorts and flip flops. I did get some strange looks but hey, I'm used to being the center if attention. I had the rabbit and frog legs. So delicious. This restaurant was wonderful until my bestfriend left the restaurant in tears because their were other people in the restaurant making fun of her dress and talking trash to her making her feel uncomfortable on her birthday.
