The restaurant is exceptionally clean. I ordered a turkey club that was packed with avocado, and the bread was delicious. The crinkle-cut fries were wonderfully crispy. I will definitely return. However, I found the ordering system a bit confusing. You have to choose a bag from a category and then select something from within that bag. This seems overwhelming and might not be the best approach for the brand. They should consider simplifying the ordering process, or perhaps I'm just not fully grasping it.
This is a fantastic alternative to Subway! I really appreciate the option to customize my sandwich before getting in line. They offer a much larger selection of toppings compared to Subway. Plus, they have a good rewards program that lets you earn free drinks and sandwiches. The only downside is that I wish they had more locations. In Covington, LA, there’s only one, and I would definitely visit more frequently if there were a location closer to us.
