Overall, th... read more This is a lovely hotel with comfortable, clean rooms. The front desk staff are fantastic—every time I approached them, they made me laugh and smile. Overall, the service throughout the hotel was excellent. If I had some constructive feedback, it would be that the outside of the windows needs a good cleaning. I tried to capture the stunning downtown view, but the windows were dirty and grimy. Additionally, the shower heads were overly complicated and didn’t end up being very pleasant to use. Despite these minor issues, I still give it top marks!

There was four different wedding receptions going on at once they had no trouble pointing me in the correct direction, the DJ was good, they had the countdown, everything that would be at a normal wedding reception. Even after explaining multiple times that my booking was f... read more After my second night, housekeeping and guest services bombarded my room with knocks and phone calls. Even after explaining multiple times that my booking was for three nights, they mistakenly added a fourth night that I neither wanted nor needed. This mix-up also caused my door key to stop working several times, making it very frustrating to access my room. I had to go down to guest services more than three times to get my key replaced, and at one point, I had to call the front desk from outside my room and waited over ten minutes for someone to come and let me in. Regarding the room itself, the bathroom mirror light was malfunctioning, leaving me with very dim lighting throughout my stay. Additionally, the blankets had mold spots, and there was no housekeeping service during my visit. When I raised these concerns with guest services, they seemed indifferent to my situation. The only positives were the attentive service from the restaurant staff and a nice view from the room. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future.

Parking structure on sight is very pricey but there are more affordable spots close by. The bar is quaint, lap pool is clean and big. Workout room. No sauna or hot tub. Excellent serviceRooms: Modest rooms but clean. Not a lot of room for clothes. Coffee maker is a one cup. Sparse on t.p., tissue but accommodating when asked for.Safety: Very comfortable, safe, beautiful locationWalkability: You can easily walk the riverfront or the bridge to Cincinnati and around town.Food drinks: The bar is pricey. House wine $9-$14. Not sure about mixed drinks
