Update feb 2024: Worked with Margarita again last week for a cake for my childs birthday. She was so professional and helpful in developing exactly the right cake. It turned out beautifully and was so well received by the guests and (especially) the kids. They were so excited to see the dinos they almost destroyed it! Haha. I ordered a cake from here for a birthday, and although the look of the cake was perfect (the attention to detail was so cute and she made sure the cake looked exactly like the inspo picture), but the cake itself was SO dry and hard to get down.
