1630 15/10/23.. stood in que and a colleague was walking round behind the desk with a fag hanging out her mouth. The cashier took my order and soon after wiped his visibly snotty nose with his fingertips, he was then about to continue to handle food. I had to tell him to wash his hands. Upon paying and expecting to eat inside, I'm then told there are no plates.. hmmmmm.
