I stopped by Shell today to refuel my bike with Shell V Power, which I trust for its E5 rating and dependability. Unfortunately, I forgot my bank card at the station and only realized it after I'd been home for about 40 minutes. The car wash service promoted on Shell’s website is not available. A sign at the pump offered 5p off per litre of fuel with a minimum £10 spend on other items, including the car wash, but as noted, the car wash is not offered. The staff, many from diverse backgrounds, appeared indifferent and did not apologize. The menu at Shell, however, offers a good variety of options. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, I left my bank card at the station and only realized it about 40 minutes after getting home. When I called, I was thrilled to learn that a staff member had found it and kept it safe.
