Was Acornise at Kfc a mag?
I review this bearing in mind its a KFC. I wanted a quick lunch of fried chicken nothing more. In that respect it was very good.Premises were mostly clean though I regretted touching the underside of my chair it was sticky.Staff were friendly and shared a little joke and lighthearted banter.Food was fried chicken etc. I wanted a KFC. KFC.....not as good as it used to be. Everything is smaller these days. Less value for money. For some reason, they have stopped giving receipts out. Is this a legal practice?They got my order wrong on my last visit. Of course, I had no proof, so they just gave me what I asked for. We visited the restaurant and ordered a kids' meal and one trilogy box meal through the drive-thru. When asked if that was everything, I confirmed. However, we did not receive our drinks and the chicken fillet in the box was undercooked. The service was terrible, and our calls went unanswered. This is not the first time we have experienced such poor service.
The menu at this restaurant has been limited for a couple of months now. I ordered a zinga boxed meal with corn and orange juice. The zinga boxed meal was supposed to be spicy but it was very bland, and the spicy hot wings were also tasteless. I also ordered the mighty bucket for one, which was a disappointment. The fries were half-cooked and cold, the chicken fillets were okay, but the chicken on the bone seemed undercooked with soggy batter. The chicken was slimy and inedible. The only positive thing was that my order was complete for once. I ended up throwing most of my food in the bin as it was not appetizing. I used to frequent this restaurant at least twice a month for a few years but I will never go back to Courthouse Green. I paid £14.28 for a meal that was not worth it, I could have had two carveries for the same price at a different restaurant. Never again.
We ordered a fillet box meal and a tower burger meal, but they got our order wrong at the window. We had to tell them again what we wanted, but they ended up giving us two tower burger boxes instead. The service was very poor and the staff did not listen to our request.
Really poor quality service at drive through. Rude staff, donot adhere to lockdown rules. It’s a shame the manager does not take complaints seriously. Awful to run a place with such managers.
The service at this restaurant was very disappointing as they had nothing in stock, the staff were unhelpful, and the company's customer service was non-responsive. I am still waiting for them to address my concerns. It is concerning when the staff cannot properly attend to customers if the customer service is lacking.
