Ordered and payed for meal on line said would take 45 mins. Ordered 17.04 never arrived tried to ring them no answer at all no refund given. Won’t be dealing with this establishment again.
Friday evening 2nd December I ordered a takeaway from Indian Empress Coventry , my delivery window was 19.05 -19.25 the delivery arrived at 20.15 . The food was cold , the chips like cardboard obviously left standing for a while and rice also cold . The order was incomplete as the sweet I had ordered was not in the delivery . Suffice it to say I will not be giving them any more of my custom , a truly awful experience .
£3 charge with no explanation! Offer on menu were not honoured! The menu prices were incorrect! Samosas tiny!
I ordered the Balti Chilli Minced Masala from the Keema section of the menu and had it delivered. When I opened the container, instead of finding minced lamb, I found curried onions with a few chillis. The dish was a yellow/orange color, indicating an excessive amount of turmeric powder (Haldi) which made the food taste bitter. It was a disappointing takeaway experience and a waste of money.
Have been recommended to get a meal from here for ages , I knew the last owner but this was my first visit since the take over, and it was great Butter Chicken wow.
