It was one busy Sunday afternoon, the line up was expected as it was Mother's day! Obviously many love their chicken (i mean who wouldn't? . I waited for a bit for my order as the crew was taking too many orders both from drive thru and inside the store but it was all worth the wait as the manager was able to handle the line up very well making sure we know how long we are expecting our food. Super unorganized service. If you order online, they don't pack your order until you show up. When you come for your order they could give a walk in customer the last of pieces or chicken and make you wait 15, 20 or even 30 minutes for the next batch.
