Food is good, sandwhiches are yummy (you can tell they bake their own bread, so fresh) Cinnamon buns are delish, drinks are great, cold and hot. Owner is less than friendly a couple of the times we've been there. He can be kind of moody. View all feedback.

What Japchae doesn't like about Frankie Jo's Bakery Café:
Use to love their cinnamon buns. When we come over from Vancouver we have to get them. Because they’re not open on the weekend, I asked my mother in law to pick up eight for us. I was so disappointed……definitely not as decadent as before. Seems a bit too bready now and the filling isn’t as gooey or tasty.
