I placed an order at 8:08pm and the driver tried to deliver it at 9:53pm. I was informed that the delivery would take approximately an hour when I placed the order. However, when the food arrived, I declined to accept it. The driver mentioned that I should have canceled the delivery sooner. It would have been helpful if they had contacted me to inform me about the delay and ask if I still wanted the food. View all feedback.
