Ordered the tri-tip salad that was terrible! Every bit of meat I had to spit into my napkin because it was so fatty. The presentation was also bad , looked like a bowl of dog food. This should have been alot better for a $16.00 salad. The beer I had was OK (nothing that I will be back for). Sorry to write a bad review but I kinda feel like I was ripped off. Will not be back. If I could submit negative stars, I would. My company just placed a large order almost 2hrs ago to the Cotati location and they canceled without explanation after delaying the timing of the order twice. I am weary of writing negative reviews, but in this particular case, I thought I would make an exception considering the customer service (or lack thereof) that I received after the fact when I called to ask what the issue was the lady that answered simply stated I just don 't have time to make it, it would take me over an hour! She just affected a birthday lunch for an employee and an office staff of 12 without even an apology following her statement. The extreme disappointment I am feeling cannot be expressed in full as myself and colleagues received this type of treatment. Do better, Cotati Flagship and more specifically, learn some customer service skills, Ashley (the lady who answered the phone). We will happily take our service elsewhere.
Love this place! Has an always changing selection of interesting beers that you can't find anywhere else. Everyone is very friendly and it's just a great atmosphere to have a pint.
Last Tuesday night great food good vibes couple of great beers then coming out drunk guy telling me not to look at his girl friend he went to stand up rite back down I was taken back I think she was embarrassed I told her just take him home shouldhave told managment
