A Japanese restaurant near Toyoko Inn. Since the owner is Japanese, the taste and ingredients are generally good. The inside of the restaurant is not large, with only about 5 tables, so it gets full after 7pm. Anyway, the menu is extensive. I'm happy to be able to eat Neapolitan in Cebu.
