Squirrels Tavern offers a calm and peaceful ambiance that attracts a more mature crowd, especially locals and graduate students. Their beer selection is extensive and well-curated. I'm not a bar person. But I like Squirrels for its low-key squirrely vibes cis peeps notwithstanding , upstairs and outdoor seating, sassy short order cooks, and tasty bar food. This is the place I go in Corvallis the two times a year I eat a cheeseburger aka my favourite burger in Corvallis . Generally you should expect to place your food order at the food-ordering window, but if the crowd is sparse, the bartender might come to you. Also, bring cash unless you want to pay a $3 ATM fee . Local bar tavern with delicious crispy tater tots! I love their ranch dressing. Dinner was salmon over rice with salad on the side. Unfortunately the rice was burnt shouldn’t have been served. Casual atmosphere, little short staffed, but overall a great place to hang out. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
May 6th 2023 stopped for lunch was completely ignored do not know why got up to leave one of the waitresses waved goodbye with a smirk we were completely confused will never go there again
