Very disappointing. Order the 12 ounces ribeye, allegedly the best meat cut. The steak was hard and clearly not a selected piece that was marbled or a choice cut. My guest for lunch felt just like his Ribeye. Tasted like a cheap piece of meat. Salad was fine, the tightening of the ranch was good. Sweet potato was well prepared. Bread was fine.
