I stayed with my family and cousins and everything I can say is that it was amazing. the house was incredibly well cleaned, gardeners came on the first day and cut the grass of the garden, which was incredibly helpful. bedroom. were super spacious and incredibly clean and the bed was very comfortable. would recommend to anyone who wants to book a beautiful family house/family house in p... Last time we played here it was Pencarrow GC and things have definitely improved. Lovely facilities now inc. tennis, a pool, accommodation and a changed setup on the course which we had always found to be a bit boring and wet under foot. The Bear Bar is a fantastic spot to take a leisurely stroll from Polzeath to Rock along the coast before looping back to The Point inland. We initially intended to stop for tea/coffee and a cake but ended up trying the staff-recommended homemade sausage roll instead. It was sizable, tasty, and reasonably priced. You may find that you're satisfied with just that for a while.
We had a pleasant dining experience at a laid-back restaurant with many families. The staff were friendly, the food was tasty, and the shared starters were generous. Our main courses were delicious and the desserts were also good. The prices were reasonable and we enjoyed a lovely evening, largely thanks to the staff. It's a good idea to make a reservation in advance as the restaurant tends to get busy.
We were at 11 slipway rock, one of the Point properties. it was very tastefully decorated with magnificent views. very well equipped. just a few minutes walk from the st enodoc hotel, paul Ainsworths’Mariners’ and the pedestrian to padstow. a few nice little boutiques. shops close and great walks through the dunes to the beach. no need to use the car if they didn't want to. the point facilities, the health club, the pool tennis, the golf were just a short drive away. a great relaxing break in the beautiful cornwall

I went to this restaurant for a birthday party and was extremely let down. The food was awful and the service was terrible. We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our main course with no apology from the wait staff. There were only 4 tables in the restaurant, so there was no excuse for the slow service. We will not be returning, which is a shame since we are local.
