Superb and challenging dishes, expertly prepared and beautifully presented. Fabulous home baked bread with either a Clotted Cream butter or Marmite infused one. A trio of Amuse Bouche was a tickler to the taste buds. Crab was chosen by 3 and I had the Beetroot as a starter. Fabulous smoked cheddar custard with mine. 1 Sea Bass and 3 Venison followed.
