I recently used this restaurant for a delivery and was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the food. However, I was disappointed to find out that they have suddenly raised their minimum delivery order to £14, and added a £4 delivery charge, when it used to be only £10. This is a significant increase for me and I am no longer able to afford ordering from them. View all feedback.

On Saturday evening, I ordered from Best Kebab through Just Eat. The restaurant accepted the order, and the delivery was scheduled for 7:00 pm. However, by 7:15 pm, I had not received anything. Upon checking my Just Eat account, I discovered that the order had been cancelled without any notification. I called Best Kebab to inquire about the cancellation and was informed by the delivery driver that he had prepared our food and attempted to deliver it to us in Camborne. However, he realized that we were just outside their 5-mile delivery radius, so he was unable to complete the delivery. I pointed out that according to Google Maps, we were only 4.8 miles away from the restaurant and that our food was already in his car. It was disappointing to learn that they had thrown away our food instead of delivering it to us, even though they were already so close. The lack of communication about the cancellation was also frustrating, as I was left in the dark about what had happened to our order. Despite trying to contact the restaurant since Sunday, I have not been able to get any resolution. This experience, combined with negative reviews I have read since, suggests that perhaps it was for the best that the order did not go through.

Good what can I say the pizza box is not worth the money its cols when it comes chips are like gum u can say his reheated kebab was terrible never liked kebab but this place has worst ive ever cost. huh was ok dont bother with this away
