The service is very convenient and the fish and chips are amazing!! The portions are really good. The location is also great, just a short walk from the concrete benches on the waterfront. The burgers are also amazing. View all feedback.
The quality of the food is always the same. I had them as my regular for around ten years now. For locals, the location can be slightly out of the way with how the car park gets monitored, so there is always difficulties getting there. The food is amazing though.
We tried a few fish and chip shops in Newquay and it seems we left the best til last! The fish was absolutely the best and freshest cod I've ever tasted, the batter was crisp and light and the chips were also high quality. The service from the staff was exemplary and we made a point of returning to offer feedback. I would recommend Truscotts to anyone looking for quality food at a very reasonable price. Rob Linda.
Best fig and chips in Newquay, we have been visiting for years but only visited Truscotts for the first time this year. We will be back!

Best chilli and chips I’ve ever had. Staff are friendly and great with the kids. Best chippy in Cornwall of not best I’ve ever been to.
