Worst subway with worst customer service. Ordered a Rotisserie chicken for my wife and gave some special instructions but they messed up the order and just make a gross sub. Chicken was undercooked and not toasted. After calling them 3 times they picked up the call and said your order is already made and can't take special instructions. Very Very disappointed. Never going again neither recommend anyone. View all feedback.
I was really impressed when I asked the staff member about her favorite dish; she recommended the Brisket Sub, and it was amazing!
I've visited this location twice in the past month. At first, I thought it was just bad luck, but both times the salad I ordered was soggy—not because of the dressing, but it felt like it had been sitting in water all day. I’m not sure how they managed to create a salad with absolutely no crunch, but they did it twice. Additionally, the chicken on the salad was ice cold both times. I've never encountered this issue at other Subways, so I won't be returning to this location. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me—I'm not making it three times!
