The entire time we were in this store there was a male worker yelling at a vendor over the phone. The person working the counter has no clue what’s actually on the menu. Both sandwiches we got were wrong. Mine was supposed to have turkey but they gave me old chunks of chicken instead. I called to place an order and was left on hold for 5 minutes. When we went to pick up the bagels, they were as hard as rocks, like they were leftovers from the day before. Additionally, they had no record of my order. Very unprofessional and the bagels were terrible. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Additionally, the sandwiches did not come with pickles or salads, and the tomato on one was spoiled. As a result, we experienced stomach aches and nausea after eating here. We do not plan on returning to this establishment.
