I placed an order to go 20 minutes ahead of my arrival, the person who took the order over the phone told me tha it will take 10-15 minutes to be ready. When i get to the establishment to pickup my order, the person in charge just told me, almost done after 20 minutes when they told me it take max 15 minutes.
