From the start things did not look good. The server was obviously under the influence of something and was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her by being there. Then two roaches were on my table, my chicken frances was raw, I heard obnoxious music and profanity from the kitchen and my food was brought out to my by a cook wearing basketball shorts.
