What Josh likes about On Off Kitchen:
Came with my wife for her bday dinner. Absolutely incredible food. Great, attentive service. We started with truffle fries then I had the flank steak, she had the rigatoni. This place looks like a high-end restaurant with nice decor. However, we were seated with a view of the closed patio containing dead plants and table storage. The windows were dirty. There was a dusty storage table beside us. They were out of stock on the first 2 beers I selected off the menu. The beer that I ordered was not very cold.
