I was given a small cup of water with my coffee. But not once did the waitress ask if I needed it refilled. Offer to refill husband coffee 3 times. Went for breakfast and specifically asked the waitress for my eggs to not be burned or scorched. When they arrived, they WERE scorched and burnt. When I questioned the waitress, she said the cooks did the best they could. Did not eat the eggs. At the register, asked the cashier (my waitress) to remove the eggs from the ticket. Initially she balked at removing them, then finally removed them off the ticket. Her excuse (this time) was that the grill had one temperature setting, and it could not be changed. I personally have been a short order cook, and know that there are hot and cooler portions on that grill. I don 't think their grill is any different.
