in town for a basketball game, grilled ham and cheese had cold ham, grilled cheese sand. didn't even have cheese melted. looked like toast with some cold cheese slices in it, and ordered a breaded chicken and they brought out a grilled chicken and said that's what it says so that's what you ordered.
