My wife and I stayed at the nearby Bona Vista B&B and Spa for our anniversary in 2011 and decided to dine at Mike's Family Restaurant on Wellington Street in Alliston. The restaurant, a cozy sports bar lined with posters, pictures, and memorabilia, provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff, led by Chef Mike, delivered exceptional service and delicious meals. My steak and mushroom dish was superb, and my wife's liver and onions was melt-in-your-mouth excellent. Mike's truly lived up to its promise of great food, great service, and great prices. We had a fantastic experience and look forward to returning next time we're in Alliston.
