I have taken my grandkids here on several occasions since it is where THEY want to go. No bacon on a bacon burger and then yelled at by staff when I asked for the bacon. Mixed up orders, slow service, you name it. I wrote a letter to the owners who are have another one in Greenwood as well and they never even bothered to respond.
