I heard about Las Delicias through my brother and cousin. I went with my wife, and we were very impressed by the operation. The man who served us was informative and enthusiastic about his products. this was one of my favorite places until a new rudely hired me more for my mangonata than normally charged. he started telling me it's bc I used a card. I used a card before and was no longer charged and I ask him where the sign that says that.
