When we entered the open part and sat at the table there was only another couple (boy and girl) behind us. We ordered our meals (no soup at 22h, no Caprese salad). Half an hour later the boy went to find the waiter so that he can pay his bill. When they left we were the only guests. It took one hour until we got our meals ("they come in 2 min" became 10 min).
