My experience today at Salata was very poor. Being a first time customer at this restaurant, I expected greater expectations than what we receive my friend had hair and her salad. I’ve visited this restaurant twice now, and unfortunately, my second experience was just as disappointing as the first. The food is always fresh and well-prepared, so I can’t fault that. The issue lies with the heavyset older Hispanic woman who makes the salads. She is incredibly rude. My first visit was marred by the same attitude from her. I don’t know what her previous job was, but it seems unlikely that it involved customer service. The manager really needs to address this situation. Even the cashier mentioned how unhelpful the salad maker is and how rude her manner is. I’d rather drive to another location to avoid dealing with her again.
The ladies there are always so kind, and the salad is as good as it gets (for salad anyway).

Somewhat pricy for a salad bar. Cafeteria style line and you pick your own table. There is no table service and you get your own drinks. Just too pricey for a basic serve yourself style reataurant.
