I usually order through DoorDash but tonight I decided to go in and I was thrilled by my experience. The atmosphere is clean and the music selection is bomb. Ray greeted me with a smile and was very informative about what they offer here at Tropical Cafe. Ordered a smoothie from these rude idiots who want to know who's calling before they give the manager the phone as if we know each other. I asked them to remove the banana from my order and guess what...they didn't. But oh well if you have an allergic reaction bc they are too dumb to know that you have to read order notes.
