At Bojangles in Commerce, GA, diners praise hot, fresh chicken, buttery biscuits and comforting sides served by friendly, helpful staff and managers in a clean, welcoming space. However, the location struggles with long drive‑thru waits, occasional order mistakes and periodic supply issues, and the dining room is currently closed. It’s a satisfying stop for those not pressed for time, but peak hours and time-sensitive visits may be frustrating.
I was there around 7:30 and the people inside are very nice. Angel, the manager was helping his employee with my food. I think they were the only ones up front and the others in the back helping them cook. I would definitely come back to this place????.
Ok food. Nothing special. Portions are small. Biscuits and fries are pretty good.
You can't go wrong stopping here for breakfast or lunch. The chicken portions are generous, and so is the rest of the menu.
We decided not to stay for a meal. We waited in line, but for some unknown reason, they weren't taking orders. This was our second visit, and yet again, we ended up leaving without being served. We certainly won't be coming back to this place.
This week, they experienced some issues with chicken deliveries, which seems to have posed a challenge for them. However, despite the pressure, the woman taking our order was exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. She was thrilled to take our order and mentioned that they finally received chicken! I truly admire employees who take pride in their work, regardless of the size of the tasks. Bojangles should certainly acknowledge the hard work of employees at this location. The next time we come through, we'll definitely stop by!
