My fiancé and I have been on the hunt for good birria tacos in the Colorado Springs area, and we finally found them at Yolis Kitchen! The meat was tender, and we watched them fry up the tortillas right in front of us. All 3 people working in the truck were very friendly, and we got our tacos quickly. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food definitely delivers! View all feedback.
