I am very disappointed! We ordered a 16oz Polar Bear Frappe, and she even repeated the order back to us. But when we received it, we were given a hot coffee instead. We informed her that we ordered a Frappe, but she insisted that we didn't. I pointed out that she had confirmed our order, but she denied it, claiming we ordered a breve with extra cream. The white chocolate mocha is our favorite drink and the nice ladies who work here make it perfectly!
