Steak 'n Shake - Columbus

What User likes about Steak 'n Shake:
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. They've adapted well to a more streamlined service by using kiosks, which made ordering easy and quick. Once we were seated, we noticed that the drinks were self-serve, allowing for unlimited refills, which was a nice touch. The food was delicious and just as we expected. What User doesn't like about Steak 'n Shake:
We sat at the bar to enjoy a milkshake, but unfortunately, it was quite an unpleasant experience. The bar was dirty and sticky, with gnats buzzing around everywhere. To make matters worse, we discovered a piece of burnt black food in one of our shakes. The overall cleanliness of the place was lacking.
