we arrived and our reservation was not ready, but the staff was great to find us a table, and all were very accommodating, they found us not only one table they apologised not to have one table and even thanked us for so patient. the rusty bucket has a great customer service, and I will return definitiw. Food was good and the place was nice overall but price was high and wait time was ridiculous. We were seated for an hour before we received our food. Staff never acknowledged or apologized for the wait. And they were not very busy at the time. View all feedback.

Service was incredibly slow food was cold when it was delivered to the table.
Servers very nice and accommodating. Food was delicious; atmosphere inviting.
Erica was a phenomenal server and the food was very good!!
