I drove 3 1/2 hours to eat here because of my daughter. She watches Hank on the t.v. show Pitmasters. Hank took the time to talk with us and take pictures. She stated it feels like Christmas I have to admit the brisket was phenomenal. It will not disappoint. The baked potato salad was different but oh so good. The ribs just fell off the bone.
