What a wonderful facility for teaching about coffee. If you have a chance to register for their class, give it a shot. They do a great job of teaching about where coffee comes from and the sustainability practices involved. The staff was very knowledgeable and cordial. What Beryl Thompson doesn't like about Crimson Cup Coffee Innovation Lab Training Facility:
The coffee served at Crimson Cup in Piketone is burnt. I believe they need to inspect their products before sending them out, as I noticed several burnt beans in the dark roast. While my coffee had a nice charred flavor, I didn't see the quality of the beans in the funnel before my cup was made. They should definitely improve their quality control. View all feedback.
