I’m very disappointed. The paella had lots of great seafood, but very bland taste and no socorrat. The dates with Spanish ham were a strange combination. The octopus dish was a 10 out of 10 and saved the meal. Red sangria had freshly-chopped apples sitting on top. They should be infused over many days or hours.
